Funny things the girls say

Every day my girls make me crack up with the things they say. I always think to myself, "I need to write this down!" but I always forget. SO here is my attempt at recalling some of the funny sayings around here:

"It's buffwing (buffering)." Delainey (whenever something isn't working or when a streaming movie actually IS buffering)

"Mommy, why does your stomach hang down? When I'm a mommy my stomach will hang down, too!" Ella

"I wanna do what I wanna do. And that's it, Mommy." Ella

"Dah-dah-dah-dah!" Sicily

"We don't kill in ouwah family, wight Mommy?" Delainey

"Lukey doesn't want to marry me anymore. That's okay. JT wants to marry me every day. I told him after our missions." (Mind you, JT is in Ella's class at school and is NOT a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has no idea what a mission is.)  Ella

"I want granilla with vanilla yogewt." Delainey

"I can't have eggs or almonds or twees." Delainey

"We don't say stupid in ouwah family." Delainey (screaming from the family room when she watches "Despicable Me" or any other movie that says "that word")

"Mommy, I don't want to go to bed because you my mommy and I need to be with you." Delainey

"Mommy, I can't go to bed if Delainey isn't in our room because I'm lonely." Ella

"Moooooommy! I peed! Can you get me some wipew papew (wiper paper=toilet paper)?" Delainey

"Are those you bosoms?" Delainey

That's all I can think of right now. I think I'll try and blog more of them in the moment so I don't forget.

My SIL Liz showed me this quote. I love it. I love my king. Today is our HALF anniversary. 5 1/2 years of awesome-ness.

iPhone pictures

I found some pictures on Mathieu's phone from Christmas. We did a Christmas dinner with Grandma Edie, Grandpa Gerry, and Shirley (Grandma's best friend and whom we LOVE). We did a turkey, and Delainey and Ella each wanted their own leg. Hysterical watching them eat that.

Ella asked if we could have a cousin Christmas party, so we did! We sure missed the McClellans, but we had a ton of fun! Aunt Liz painted the older kids' faces...and then took it off for them per their request about 10 minutes later! Darn itchy face paints!

Christmas Eve dinner at Grandma and Opa's house:

Ella loves Sicily. Sometimes she cries when she talks about having to leave Sicily to go to school. It's very sweet.

On December 22nd, Mathieu went to Ella's classroom for their "Holiday Program". Since so many people have issues with specific holidays, they focused on Gingerbread men. Then Daddy got to decorate a paper gingerbread man with Ella.

There's some app where you can do these cat pictures with your faces in them. Hysterical. The girls laugh non-stop while they sit there with Mathieu.

Here we are!

I have been using Wordpress for the last 5 1/2 years to blog. And I decided I didn't like it enough to go through the hassle of starting a new blog! SO...here we go with a new blog!

We went to Fairport Ward last Sunday. One of my friends was working on this cute hat and matching sweater for a 2T size. Delainey was her little model.

We got a new camera for Christmas...

And then Ella dropped it......

SO....hopefully soon I'll have a replacement so I can post more pictures.
