Moving Day and everything else!

Oh my goodness...tons to blog about. My cousin, Casey, (SHOUT OUT, Prima!) said that she checks our blog frequently to make sure she doesn't miss anything. I realized I haven't had the time to blog about our move, etc., so in honor of Casey, here are some pictures and videos!

MOVING DAY: One of the funniest things about the day we moved, was that the girls were SO excited to be able to wear their boots IN THE HOUSE, and on the carpet. It was a really cold day and we had the doors open--hence the winter coats. We sold our house to a really nice widower. His name is Roger. The girls ask about him all the time. We had SO MUCH help in the week leading up to our move and the day of. We have the most dedicated family and friends. We're building a house, so we're renting a townhouse for a few months until the house in finished. We feel really blessed.

Sometimes I try to be creative. It doesn't always work, but I do hit the jackpot once in a while. the week prior to St. Patty's Day, we made rainbows using white chips and fruity cheerios. Ella REALLY impressed me with her ability to be so independent with glueing and sorting the colors. She has learned SO MUCH at school. I was so hesitant to send her because she has a late birthday, but it was definitely the right choice for her.

Delainey didn't care so much about the craft, but she DID love eating the cherrios and the white chips. That's my girl!

This picture is so cute. Ella pretending to be coy. Love her. She's been asking a lot of questions about how mommies have babies. It's a little bit of a relief that my babies really DO come out of my tummy ;) She asked me if the doctor had to use a knife to get my babies out. When I told her yes, she said, "He did?! Was it a sharp one?!".

Ella's Hair, Ears, and Toys

Ella loves having her hair done most days; well, she loves the outcome, at least. She's pretty particular about how I do it. I'm not very creative, so sometimes she'll ask for a braid crown, which I cannot do at all, and I just do my best. She often picks this yellow flower to complete pretty much every look, regardless of her outfit choice. She's been asking me every day to take pictures of her hair so she can see it. She also likes accessorizing her bears and dolls.

Ella got her ears pierced last Saturday. Delainey and Ella have both been asking to have them done. Delainey chickened out before Ella evened climb into the chair, and what sealed the deal was seeing Ella freak out and cry after her first ear was pierced. Ella bawled. She didn't want the girl to do her second ear. They really need to do both ears at once for the little girls. All's well that ends well. She's so happy to have her Hello Kitty earrings and was really excited to show all her friends at school. She told me I had to take a picture of each ear for the blog.

Ella gets frustrated sometimes when she's trying to play with toys that Sicily isn't allowed to get. Ella came up with a new system for keeping the baby out.

And this is my baby brother Jesse. This picture was on my camera, so I decided to stick it on the blog.

Sicily 10 months

Happy 10 months to my precious baby girl! MAN...I love my little Sicily (and "little" is relative). She's crawling everywhere and getting into everything, pulling herself up, putting everything in her mouth EXCEPT food and a bottle, sleeps pretty well most nights, has eczema, weighs 26 pounds (and the answer to your question: yes-I DO still have Relief Society arms even after lugging around such a heavy baby), and she makes us laugh constantly. The big girls love her, and she is SO happy when they're around. Sicily loves playing around them and will follow them all over the house to "play".
